Delete Your TownChirp Account
You can request permanent deletion from the TownChirp app or contact us if you can no longer sign in.
Delete From the App
- Sign in to TownChirp.
- Open Account Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the notice, enter DELETE, and confirm.
Access is disabled immediately. The account and associated data are scheduled for permanent deletion within seven days.
If You Cannot Sign In
Email legal@townchirp.com with the subject “TownChirp Account Deletion Request” and include the email address or phone number used for your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What Is Deleted
We delete the authentication account, profile, owned job posts, conversations, uploaded account media, notification data, responder activity, and support submissions associated with the account. Limited de-identified security or compliance records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.
