Terms of Service
These terms govern access to TownChirp, a private beta mobile software product operated by APM Apps LLC.
Use of the Service
You may use TownChirp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, in-app notices, and applicable platform rules. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued during beta operations.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep credentials, verification codes, and account access secure.
User Content
You are responsible for content you submit. You grant APM Apps LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and support that content as part of operating TownChirp.
Acceptable Conduct
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use TownChirp in a way that harms users, APM Apps LLC, or third parties.
No Warranty
TownChirp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APM Apps LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APM Apps LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Changes
We may update these terms as TownChirp evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
