Terms of Service
These terms govern access to TownChirp, a mobile marketplace product operated by APM Apps LLC.
Use of the Service
You may use TownChirp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, in-app notices, and applicable platform rules.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep credentials, verification codes, and account access secure.
User Content
You are responsible for content you submit. You grant APM Apps LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and support that content as part of operating TownChirp.
Acceptable Conduct
Respect is required on TownChirp. Abuse, harassment, intimidation, threats, or other conduct that endangers or seriously harms another person is prohibited. TownChirp may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Do not submit, request, send, or promote content or conduct involving harassment, bullying, hate, threats, violence, sexual services or exploitation, child endangerment, weapons, illegal drugs, fraud, impersonation, scams, unlawful activity, invasive personal information, spam, or intellectual-property violations. Do not interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use TownChirp in a way that harms users, APM Apps LLC, or third parties.
Users must use TownChirp's in-app report and block controls when appropriate. APM Apps LLC may review reports and remove content, restrict posting or messaging, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users to enforce these rules and protect the service.
Not an Emergency Service
TownChirp is not an emergency service. Do not use TownChirp to request emergency assistance or report an immediate threat to life, health, safety, or property. TownChirp is not connected to 911 or any emergency dispatch system, and TownChirp does not monitor or route communications to emergency responders. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
No Warranty
TownChirp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APM Apps LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APM Apps LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Changes
We may update these terms as TownChirp evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
