Privacy Policy
This policy explains how APM Apps LLC handles information for TownChirp, including account access, support, and app operations.
Information We Collect
We may collect account identifiers, contact details, sign-in and verification information, user-submitted content, support messages, device and app diagnostics, notification tokens, and limited location or media information when a user chooses to provide it in the app.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate TownChirp, authenticate users, provide support, improve reliability, protect accounts and the service, comply with law, and communicate about account or service matters.
Security and Diagnostics
TownChirp uses Firebase App Check to help verify that requests come from authentic app installations and supported devices. We also use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and technical diagnostics such as app version, device and operating-system information, crash traces, and identifiers used to group and investigate failures. We use this information to prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve app security and reliability. Diagnostic reports are not intended to include the content of jobs or private conversations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, store, support, analyze, or deliver the app; with platform providers such as app stores; when required by law; or when needed to protect users, APM Apps LLC, or the service.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, improve safety and reliability, and meet legal obligations. When a user confirms account deletion, access is disabled immediately and associated account data is scheduled for deletion within seven days. We may retain limited de-identified security or compliance records where reasonably necessary.
Choices
Users can adjust device permissions, notification settings, and certain in-app account preferences. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, use the in-app Delete account control or follow our account deletion instructions.
Children
TownChirp is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
